The Nerams Academy comprises of instructors, mentors, assessors and quality assurers that are all highly qualified and experienced both in their education and operational roles. Operational instructors ensure up-to-date, real world, practical knowledge is passed on to students, enriching their learning throughout any of the qualifications we deliver. The academy works with numerous awarding organisations to have the ability to offer over 400 recognised and regulated qualifications in a range of sectors and specialisms.
We are committed to strengthening ties to the community and creating partnerships with other educational institutions. Through re-employment schemes and apprenticeship delivery, we help those in the community get back into work and take their first steps back into employment. We work in partnership with other institutions, such as Sunderland College, Bishop Auckland College and Sunderland University to provide an enriched learning experience for both their students and ours.
